How to build a holiday site?

I want to build a holiday site all I need to know is how to make the search I will add airlines over time and have some good deals on packages I have found or made myself.
I want people to be able to book completely within my website but have the money go directly to whomever they are purchasing with even if its different people example say the are going london(heathrow)>new york with contental directly then coming back indirect with united and british airlines so money due to each airline goes to each airline and I never see the money.
Anyone know how I can make this?what will I require to have on my hosting account?thanks everyone
