you can get your unpaid doamin up, its just hard to because if your site is not important or has not much on it won't be there!

However you can get yoursite.00webhosting.com (or what ever u use) on google if you try hard. 1st thing I would reccomend is to add it to webmaster tools. Also make a robots.txt and have a good SEO if u can.

Yes because alexa somehow gives you a traffic rank, and the more traffic you have, the higher rank.

It would be nice if we started advertising the site all over the web.
Like in Flash banners, Articles Etc.
